Questions
Does Publish.RE replace my CRM or my brokerage tools?
No. kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, and the stack RealOne is putting under RE/MAX keep people, tasks, and compliance inside the brand. Publish.RE does not store your sphere as a CRM. It takes a listing event — new, price change, open house, status change — and drafts a post, a reel, or an email you can send to the networks you connect. You stay the publisher. The brokerage stays the system of record for the relationship.
Is this a Buffer or Hootsuite alternative for real estate agents?
Only for the job those tools do not do. Buffer queues what you already wrote. Hootsuite adds an inbox and listening at a per-seat price. Neither reads RECOLORADO. If your pain is “I have three captions to schedule,” Buffer is enough. If your pain is “the listing changed at 9 a.m. and Instagram still shows yesterday’s price,” you need a source, not a queue. That is the query we want this page to win.
How is this different from Predis.ai or other AI caption generators?
Predis and similar tools start from a prompt and a brand kit. They are fast at ads. They are weak when the truth lives on an MLS card. A prompt can add a mountain view, a school score, or a sold comparable that is not on the listing. Publish.RE copies fields from the card. Missing field, silent line. You pick the photos. You approve the voiceover before the reel is compiled. That is slower than a one-click ad and safer for a licensed agent.
Which MLS boards work today?
RECOLORADO is live when Homendo is attached as the board provider. PPAR (Colorado) and STELLAR (Florida) use the same pattern and can be turned on by admin without a new product. Other boards need a provider URL, a name, and a key — not a public query string a robot can guess. The agent still enters originator + MLS id on the MLS Listings tile, not on the profile, and admin can confirm the pair.
Do public pages use real listing photos?
No. Marketing pages use fictional cards so we never put a live owner’s house on publish.re without that owner’s listing relationship. Inside an account, after the board is connected and the source is on, drafts use that agent’s listings and that agent’s photos. The public FAQ exists so Google and answer engines do not quote a real address from a demo.
Can I automate posting to Instagram and Facebook?
Yes, after you trust the feed. Default is approve then send. Full automation is a setting, not the homepage promise. A wrong status on a Sunday morning is worse than a delayed post. Look plan generates and stops. Solo sends after you approve. Office can automate. Networks still need the connection on My Networks.
Will this invent a neighborhood or a school?
Not from the listing card. A neighborhood sentence can come from a Homendo Place page you turned on as a source. A market sentence can come from a TimeToSell report you turned on. If those sources are off, the draft does not invent LoDo or a GreatSchools number. That is the difference between a caption tool and a feed.
