Lender / mortgage

The rate sheet moved. Draft the post and the letter from that sheet.

Feed today’s signed rate sheet. Content writes a LinkedIn note and a past-client email. You stay the publisher. No invented APR.

Laptop rate portal and a phone compose screen. Digital sheet, not printed paper.

You approve first. Automate only when you trust the source.

Feed

1 Feed

Today’s signed rate sheet, overlays you already publish, the NMLS page, the office site. The number that ships is the number on the sheet and the date it was signed. A screenshot of a competitor’s flyer is not a source.

Generate

2 Generate

A LinkedIn post and a past-client email: the 30-year, the ARM, the date. Voice for a short reel if you want the same line on Facebook. No product you do not offer. No “as low as” that is not on the sheet.

Publish

3 Publish

LinkedIn, Facebook, email. Manual first. Licensing copy stays yours.

Who this is for

Loan officers and mortgage shops that already email a book when the sheet moves.

What Publish.RE will not invent

A rate that is not on the sheet, an unlicensed claim, a pre-approval you did not write.

The rate sheet moved. The post should use that number.

Loan officers search “rate change email to past clients” and “mortgage rate LinkedIn post.” Schedulers make them type the number twice. Caption AI will invent a 30-year that looks good. Publish.RE drafts from the sheet you attached so the post and the letter match.

What the queue tools miss

Buffer will schedule the paragraph. It will not know the sheet moved at 7 a.m. Hootsuite will not keep you compliant. Predis will design a rate graphic from a prompt. The prompt is the risk. Keep your LOS. Keep your CRM. Use this for the public line and the book email.

What people search

How Publish.RE is different

Other tools start from a caption you typed or a sentence you invented. Publish.RE starts from the source on the screen.

ToolThey start fromPublish.RE advantage
Buffer A caption you already typed. Drafts from the signed rate sheet so you do not retype it into a queue.
Hootsuite A team calendar and inbox. Uses the signed rate sheet without another per-seat listening tool.
Predis.ai A prompt and a brand kit. Stays inside the signed rate sheet. No invented photo or line.
Canva / CapCut A blank canvas you export yourself. Connects the signed rate sheet so you are not exporting three times.
Publish.RE the signed rate sheet Reads the source, writes the post / reel / email, waits for you to approve.

Questions

Is this mortgage advice or a quote?

No. Drafts are marketing from the sheet you attached. Pricing, overlays, and lock desks stay in your LOS. You remain responsible for NMLS disclosure language.

Can it invent a 30-year rate?

No. If the sheet is missing or the field is blank, the draft does not guess. That is the point versus a caption generator.

Does this replace my CRM or LOS?

No. It publishes the number you already signed. Encompass, Byte, and your CRM keep the file.

How is this different from Predis or Canva rate graphics?

Those tools start from a prompt or a template. This starts from the sheet. The graphic can still be designed elsewhere. The number should not be typed from memory.
